After looking at reviews for several plumbers in the area I selected Burton Plumbing. I contacted them for my non emergency issues and they scheduled me the next day. Their employee contacted me the next day and arrived within the time window promised. Jake, the individual who provided my service, was fantastic. He took care of each of the items I needed repaired promptly and professionally. He answered all of my question thoroughly on what he found and what he did to repair. The only honest plumber. It was a relief to have these guys as a second opinion. Not only did they tell me there was no slab leak but they explained why and gave me advice on how to fix the issues I was having.

Burton Plumbing did several jobs for me to replace some old valves around the house, a kitchen faucet and a disposal. They do fine work and I would use them again.One another occasion, I have again used Burton to replace an old shower cartridge and overhaul a toilet, with good results.

Burton Plumbing has been out before, they are fast and efficient. This is a new major project yet to be done, so far so good!I have had personal set backs and Burtons plumbing has been very understanding. Now after six months we are back trying to finish this project.

My husband and I recently bought a house in the Viera area and quickly had an unfortunate plumbing emergency- our toilets wouldn’t flush and actual sewage was regurgitating through our shower drains. We knew right away that we were in over our heads. My husband immediately started calling local plumbers to come help us out, even though it was a holiday weekend, we knew we needed help asap.We called a larger business who wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars just to come check out the situation- they told us if the issue required them to dig up sewage pipes and replace them, it could cost us UP TO $30,000. My husband and I almost fainted.After some searching we called Burton Plumbing, a small husband/wife owned business. They told us they had given all their employees the weekend off, but they would come by themselves to diagnose the issue and get us a temporary solution. The owner himself dug up our sewage pipe and cleared the blockage so we could survive the weekend (first picture) and he sent an employee to dig up and replace the piping the next business day (second picture is how they left our yard after digging a large trench to replace multiple pipe sections).After multiple visits by Burton, we were able to put this situation behind us for less than $1,500. We are so relieved and thankful for Burton Plumbing. They were great to work with and I truly felt like their pricing was fair and honest. If you are having plumbing issues, give them a chance.

Called on Sunday and Burton plumbing came out at the time they scheduled for Monday on time. The plumber Kimball was knowledgable and found the leak promptly and I gave the go ahead for the repair.Price was on par with other local plumbers.Would use Burton Plumbing again.Office staff Jennifer was knowledgable with any additional questions I had.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Burtons Plumbing. I contacted Jennifer and she was phenomenal—friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful in getting everything scheduled quickly. Teague (the owner) showed up after hours and installed my water heater. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. We had a lot in common and I’m sure I talked his ear off. If you’re looking for a great plumber I would definitely recommend Burton’s Plumbing. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares this much. Huge thanks to both of them for outstanding service!
