Called for a laundry valve repair, typically not an urgent matter but with a new washing machine I discovered my shutoff valves were inoperative. I needed to verify the washing machine worked while I could still return it. To my surprise, Burton was able to get someone out within a couple hours. Jake was on time, courteous and professional. He gave me a fair estimate and completed the job quickly with no mess. He gave me credit for the valve box I had available and came in under his estimate. He made sure I was happy with the final product before he left. I could not have expected anything more. I will recommend Burton Plumbing for any repair needs. We woke up to an unexpected hot water heater not working and call Burton and they came out with in the hour and installed a new water heater I also had a slow tub drain for which I asked if they could look at and they fixed that as well.
