My well pump went out on me and Burton Plumbing was able to send someone out right away to assess the problem and quote me on the spot. Kimball was very professional and recognized the issue right away. He ordered me a new pump and was able to come back and install the new unit right away. A couple issues came up, as expected in that field of work, and he was able to get an electrician to come out immediately to correct my power connections to the new pump.Overall very pleased, this is who I'll be calling if there are any plumbing issues in the future.

We were having major issues with shower drain backing up. Had one guy from Mac 5 come first. $252 to snake the drain. Found nothing. Said line was clear. Wanted to extend shower drain and Repipe it to main line. Mobile home has been here for 45 yrs! His plan was to come back and charge me another $1600-1850 to do said work! I called Burton for second opinion. Danny came and assessed the problem and made arrangements to come back next business day with camera. Danny brought Andy along and they checked vents on the roof, looked more into the issue, assessed the plumbing underneath the mobile home, decided to re-snake it, unclogged the drain and water is draining properly!! Camera confirmed clogs were clear! $425! I’m thrilled with their work and the price, and very relieved it’s fixed! Work is guaranteed. Definitely will call Burton Plumbing again if ever needed!!
