Our regular plumber was not available for about 10 days. They kindly referred us to Burton's. I called and spoke with them. They were very nice and professional. As it turned out, our plumber was able to fit us in, so we didn't need to hire Burton's, but just based on their kindness I would definitely call them again if needed. Just a reminder for any business...your office staff can make or break your business. In this case, Burton's staff is doing a great job for them.

Their understanding of my problem and service help was immediate. The follow up was wonderful. The new “heater” was ordered…the servicemen installing the heater were efficient andCourteous. (The last part of the installation…electrical work, was completed that evening, even though it was well past the normal working time….so that I would have hot water that night.).
