Called a plumber from another company to clear a drain line clog, was charged over $800 for the guy to tell me he can't do it because I need to have all of my pipes redone and quoted me $31k for the job. Called Burton for a second opinion, they cleared the clog in 5 minutes and showed me the video to prove my pipes didn't collapse (the other guys camera 'broke' conveniently.) I'll be sticking with Burton for my plumbing going forward. Easiest way to win a customer is by being honest.

We had a real problem with our kitchen sink and disposal. We called Burton plumbing and they were out with 48 hours. Turned out our disposal was completely rusted out and had fused itself to the sink and flange. The workers had a disposal with them and within 30 minutes the whole job was done. Fast, friendly and the install was done with quality parts.
