Arrived on site and met with homeowners roommate who stated that there master bathroom shower was backing up and slowly draining. When walking inside of the master bathroom, I begin to run the shower and instantly backed up. Out of curiosity, I removed the grate for the shower drain and there was a built-in hair catcher. Removed the hair catcher, and all of the water that was sitting started to drain out. Ran the shower for another five minutes to verify proper flow and it drained out perfectly fine. Will be leaving an estimate to snake the line if this issue happens again and is past the hair catcher.

Upon arrival, I met with the cat sitter, who was staying at the residence while the homeowner was away on vacation. She reported that the garbage disposal had stopped working and would not turn on when the switch was activated. I first inspected the garbage disposal and checked the reset button on the bottom of the unit; however, the reset had not been tripped. I then proceeded to the garage to inspect the home's electrical panel. Upon opening the breaker panel, I found that the breaker for the garbage disposal had tripped. After resetting the breaker, I returned to the kitchen and verified that the disposal was operating properly. I cycled the disposal on and off several times to confirm normal operation. After a few minutes of testing, the breaker tripped again when the disposal was turned on. To further diagnose the issue, I connected the garbage disposal to a different electrical circuit using an extension cord. The disposal operated normally without tripping the breaker, indica

Melbourne, FL - Arrived on site and met with the homeowner's wife, who stated that the guest bathroom toilet was not flushing properly.

As part of the diagnosis, I ran the bathroom faucet and shower simultaneously to check for any gurgling in the tub, which would indicate a blockage in the main sewer line. No gurgling was observed. However, each time the toilet was flushed, the water level rose in the bowl and leaked around the base of the toilet, indicating that the wax seal had likely failed.

I initially provided an estimate to remove and reset the toilet with a new wax seal. During my inspection, I also observed roots inside the toilet bowl, indicating there may be root intrusion in the drain line.

I explained to the homeowner's wife that, due to the presence of roots, it may be necessary to cable the drain line. However, the extent of the issue could not be determined until the toilet was removed.

I then provided an updated estimate to remove and reset the toilet and cable the drain line. She

Melbourne, FL - Arrived on site and met with the homeowner to address concerns with the guest bathroom toilet. After inspecting the fixture, I determined that the toilet needed to be pulled and reset to ensure a proper seal and secure installation.
I shut off the water supply, drained the toilet, disconnected the water supply line, and carefully removed the toilet. I removed the old wax seal, cleaned the flange and surrounding area, and inspected the flange for any visible damage. I then installed a new wax ring and reset the toilet, ensuring it was properly aligned and securely fastened to the floor.
Once the toilet was reinstalled, I reconnected the water supply, restored water service, and tested the fixture through multiple flush cycles. I verified there were no leaks at the base, supply connection, or tank, and confirmed the toilet was operating properly and securely mounted. I cleaned the work area, reviewed the completed repair with the homeowner, and the job was completed successfully.

Headed out to a home in the Del Webb at Viera community where the homeowner had noticed water pressure dropping progressively over the past year and the pipes behind the walls made a faint hammering sound when the washing machine shut off. Inspected the supply lines under the sinks and found the original polybutylene piping that had been a known failure material across Florida for decades, now showing surface crazing and micro-cracking that was narrowing the interior diameter and creating the pressure issues. Walked the homeowner through what we found and why it needed to come out, then repiped the full interior supply system with PEX, installed new shutoff valves at every fixture branch, and tested pressure and flow at every tap and shower before finishing. No more pressure drop and no more hammer.

Melbourne, FL - 6/23/26 Arrived on site and met with the homeowner, who reported an active water leak and stated that the water supply to the property had been shut off to prevent further water loss.
Excavated the affected area to fully expose the water service line. Upon inspection, the line was identified as 3/4" copper piping. Further investigation revealed that the leak appears to be located beneath the foundation. Although the excavation was extended and access was attempted beneath the slab, the damaged section of pipe could not be safely reached from the existing excavation.
Discussed available repair options with the homeowner, including the recommended scope of work. The homeowner elected to proceed with a spot repair. As the homeowner needed to leave for work, a detailed estimate will be prepared and sent via email for review and approval.

Arrived on site and met with the homeowner, who stated that he had recently purchased the property and requested a sewer line camera inspection. After reviewing the estimate, the homeowner approved the work immediately. I set up my ladder, accessed the roof, and conducted a camera inspection through each vent stack. Video footage was recorded throughout the inspection. All drain lines were PVC, and I was able to advance the camera through the system to the septic tank. No access limitations were encountered during the inspection. The recorded video footage will be provided to the homeowner via email.

Arrived on site for a reported whole-home sewer blockage and found no accessible exterior cleanout, requiring roof access for initial cabling. After homeowner approval, attempted to clear the line from the roof but was unsuccessful, then removed a toilet to gain an alternate access point. Cabled the line approximately 65 ft and restored flow, then performed a camera inspection to ~165 ft, identifying significant root intrusion as the cause. After clearance, the sewer line was verified to be flowing properly through multiple fixture checks. The toilet was reset and sealed, roof access was secured, and all equipment was cleaned and removed from the site. The homeowner was informed of findings and advised that a separate estimate would be provided for a spot repair to address the damaged section of the line.

The water heater was shut off, and the water supply was restored to the property to determine whether the issue was on the hot or cold water side. Upon inspection of the meter box, the red indicator was observed to be continuously spinning, confirming a cold-side leak. The homeowner was presented with several repair options and elected to proceed with a water line reroute. An estimate will be emailed for review, as he would like to discuss the proposal with his wife before moving forward.

Arrived on site and met with the customer, who stated that he had attempted to install his own SharkBite angle stops but was unsuccessful. After inspecting the plumbing, I determined that only one angle stop required replacement. I provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which he approved, and work began immediately. Since the home's water supply had already been shut off, I removed the existing water line configuration and rebuilt the piping as needed. Installed a CPVC tee with a stub-out to accommodate a new angle stop for the dishwasher. On the opposite side of the tee, I glued in an additional stub-out and installed a new angle stop for the faucet supply. After allowing the appropriate cure time for the CPVC fittings, I gradually restored water service until the system was fully pressurized. Once pressure was restored, I inspected all connections for leaks and verified proper faucet operation. No leaks were found, and the fixture functioned correctly.

6/17/26 Arrived on site and met with the homeowner, who stated that when the garbage disposal was turned on the previous evening, it vibrated loose from the mounting bracket and fell down. Inspected the area beneath the sink and verified that all drain connections were intact and undamaged. No plumbing components were broken; the garbage disposal had simply become detached from the mounting bracket. Lifted the disposal back into position, reinstalled it onto the mounting bracket, and used channel-lock pliers to fully secure and lock it in place. Once properly secured, ran water and tested the disposal to ensure it was operating correctly. The unit functioned as intended, with no excessive vibration, and remained securely mounted. Cleaned up the work area, collected payment from the customer, and emailed the invoice upon completion.
