We realized that something in the garage had a burnt smell 1-2 days ago and then this afternoon we had no hot water. We found Burton Plumbing online and they had good reviews and are Veteran owned. We gave them a call needing a full replacement of the water heater. They sent out a technician, Danny, right away. He had the unit replaced and operational within 2 hours of our initial phone call. Danny was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took great care of our needs. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

We called a couple of plumbing companies and the couldn’t come out til tomorrow. However, we were trying to find a company that could come out same day at a reasonable cost. We loved the fact that this company is veteran owned. We were told that a person could come look at our issue between 1-3 but closer to 3. After I hung up the phone I immediately received the name of the person coming. Cameron was the person who came out to fix our issue. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable realized my husband was a former Marine and added a military discount. He was here for less that’s hour and gave us cards on his way out. He also remembered our first names when he said goodbye. We will definitely use Burton Plumbing again if needed.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! They are so great!!. Unused them when I first moved into my Condo for upgrades to my kitchen, sink, disposal, bathroom vanities, old valves, toilets....they are WONDERFUL!!.
