Burton Plumbing on Thursday removed about 40 foot of hard sludge that had formed in the bottom of our main sewer line under the house causing frequent stoppages and did a GREAT JOB. Unlike the previous plumbing company who charged us over a $1,000 with no improvement, saying that “they did all that they could do” then left, Burton Plumbing finished the job completely.The owner of Burton Plumbing, Teaque and his two assistants, Andy and Matt, were an experienced team who worked as one performing real time camera inspection as they alternated between their professional hydro jetter and chain knocker removing the hardened sludge. The camera told them what areas they had to spend more time on or to move to the next section. They encountered some problems but they always had a backup plan...and more importantly, came to do the job and they did.I plan on having them return in a week or two to install a pressure assisted toilet and other plumbing work and I’m looking forward to their return. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.Thank you....

Best customer service ever!!! Called for emergency water heater repair at 430pm. No questions, just service. New water heater installed and working by 945pm!! Great service from Jake! A family owned business that appreciates it's customers and is willing to earn its business. When other companies answered with voicemail, after hours message service, or "maybe we can get a tech to you tomorrow afternoon", Burton Plumbing said " Of course we can be there today and fix it tonight. Burton Plumbing is still the best! During kitchen remodel the under sink water shut off valve decided to break. Oh my. So once again called Burton Plumbing who sent Jake over. Jake did an excellent job! These guys do great work and cleanup afterwords. Highly recommend them for all plumbing projects.Burton Plumbing was fast to respond (same day) when the drain return line became clogged. They immediately fixed the problem at a very fair price. Highly recommend them!One again needed a plumber so called Burton Plumbing. Cameron came out next day and installed new toilet. Very quick and great job! Will use Burton next time I need a plumber.

We realized that something in the garage had a burnt smell 1-2 days ago and then this afternoon we had no hot water. We found Burton Plumbing online and they had good reviews and are Veteran owned. We gave them a call needing a full replacement of the water heater. They sent out a technician, Danny, right away. He had the unit replaced and operational within 2 hours of our initial phone call.
