Your Trusted Plumber in Indialantic, FL
Living in Indialantic means enjoying the best of barrier-island life — morning walks along the boardwalk at Nance Park, easy access to the beach, and that quiet, tree-lined charm that makes this little town between the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic feel like home. When something goes wrong beneath your floors or behind your walls, you need a plumbing company that knows the Space Coast and shows up ready to help.

A Spotlight on Drain Cleaning in Indialantic
Indialantic's coastal location makes drain cleaning one of our most-requested services here. Sandy soil, salt intrusion, and the slow buildup of grease and debris can turn a sluggish drain into a full-blown backup faster than you'd expect. Add in the heavy seasonal use that comes with beach-town living — rinsing off sand, hosting summer guests, running the dishwasher overtime — and your drains take a beating.
Our team uses professional tools to clear clogs at the source, not just push them down the line. For stubborn or recurring blockages, our hydro jetting service blasts away years of buildup with high-pressure water, restoring your pipes to like-new flow. And if we suspect something deeper is going on, our camera inspection lets us see exactly what's happening inside your pipes before we recommend a fix.

Arrived on site and met with the homeowner regarding the installation of a recirculation pump. There was a miscommunication between the office and the homeowner concerning the installation cost. The homeowner was under the impression that the total installation would be $500; however, the recirculation pump alone costs approximately $500, excluding labor and installation. Due to this misunderstanding, the installation was not completed today. An updated estimate for the recirculation pump installation will be prepared and sent to the homeowner for review.
Arrived on site to repair the previously approved ¾-inch CPVC slab leak. Located the leak, protected the work area, removed flooring, opened the slab, and exposed the damaged 90° fitting. Replaced the failed section with new CPVC pipe and fittings, allowed proper cure time, and restored water service. Pressure tested the repair, confirmed there were no leaks, backfilled and restored the concrete, cleaned the work area, and collected payment from the customer.
Responded to customer report of a backing-up/slow laundry drain. Inspected the standpipe, P-trap, and drain connections at the washer. Found [cause—e.g., a clog in the trap arm / corroded P-trap / improper standpipe height]. Cleared the blockage and verified the trap and standpipe were properly seated and at correct height per code. Reset and resealed all connections. Tested the repair by running the washer through a full drain and spin cycle at maximum water level to confirm proper drainage under full load. Drain handled the flow with no backup, no leaking at any joints, and no gurgling—confirming the vent is clear and the trap is holding its seal. Cleaned up the work area and reconnected the washer. Laundry drain is now draining properly and the issue is fully resolved. No further service needed at this time.
