I had a sewer issue, not related to previous work. Burton Plumbing performed on my home source system. The owner of Burton Plumbing, his name is Teague, was concerned and personally came out to check on my issue. My situation was minimal just a normal hiccup. Burton Plumbing was very understanding and did not charge me more than they would charge any other customer under similar conditions.

Responded to a homeowner in the Sawgrass Lakes development in West Melbourne who was having a new gas range delivered the following week and realized they did not have a properly capped and pressure-tested gas line behind the range location to connect to. Traced the existing gas supply from the meter to the kitchen, extended the line to the range location with a properly sized fitting and shutoff valve, and ran a full pressure test on the completed gas piping to confirm there were no leaks anywhere in the line. Documented the pressure test results for the homeowner so they had a record for the appliance installer and their insurance. Good to have that done right before the new appliance goes in rather than finding out there is a problem on delivery day.
6/23/26 Arrived on site and met with the homeowner, who reported an active water leak and stated that the water supply to the property had been shut off to prevent further water loss. Excavated the affected area to fully expose the water service line. Upon inspection, the line was identified as 3/4" copper piping. Further investigation revealed that the leak appears to be located beneath the foundation. Although the excavation was extended and access was attempted beneath the slab, the damaged section of pipe could not be safely reached from the existing excavation. Discussed available repair options with the homeowner, including the recommended scope of work. The homeowner elected to proceed with a spot repair. As the homeowner needed to leave for work, a detailed estimate will be prepared and sent via email for review and approval.
